Thursday with the Design Team!!

Happy Thursday!

Here we go with more inspiration with the talented Prickley Pear Design Team. 

Let's start with Irit today. Irit has created this adorable house with the Row Houses set. With the matching dies, this set is great to make little scenes on your creation. 

Michelle's "eye" catching card uses the Large Eyes stamp as background to this pretty Butterfly Sentiments image. The sentiment on this card is called Live in the Moment.

 

Michelle's created a second card with the Live in the Moment sentiment. This one features Lola the Fairy.


Heather's still getting inky with the stamps of the recent New Release. This is Bat in the Moon and Scratch the Cat. Those adorable cat faces? They come from the new Halloween Banner set, along with the "Boo" sentiment.



Heidi's also getting crafty with the New Release. This beauty was created with the stamps of the Fall/Halloween Cupcakes.

Creeping on Through our New Release Week

Welcome back! 

This morning we looked at a few of the new Halloween stamps in the most recent Prickley Pear New Release. 

The Design Team had fun with these Halloween stamps, so here is a few more inspiration posts for you. 

Pumpkin Scarecrow was on the blog this morning, but here are a couple more creations with it. Here, Lisa pairs it with the sentiment from the Halloween Banners set.

Sharon's expanded the scarecrow's cornfield and gave the sky a beautiful fall glow. 

Love fairies? How about Witch Fairy? She's tough, she's scary...and she's utterly adorable!! Bat in the Moon and Crow on Tombstone are also used here.

 

Frank is more delightful than frightful. Here he's paired with a sentiment from the Halloween Banners set.

 

Here, Tracie's given Frank a brighter wardrobe and paired him with the Skeleton ATC and sentiment from Halloween Banners set.

Thursday Design Team Inspiration!

Here we go again with the talented Design Team. Here to bring their inspiration to your Thursday...do you have time time set aside to craft this weekend? Prickley Pear can help you out.

Is it patio season yet? Tracie's helping urge it along with this colorful spring cup. This comes from Coffee Cup clear set, cut out with the matching die set.




And Sharon's ready to welcome the sun too. Check out this beautiful piece of artwork she's created using the Banner Die set. This sunshine wreath was stamped with the floral banner from the Love Banner set. The sentiment comes from the Spring/Easter Banner set. 

 

Tracie has one more project this week, taking flight with these Dragonflies in primary colors. These come from the Dragonflies 2 set cut out with the matching die.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and Katie's made this colorful valentine with the Love Banner Set.  I love the way she's used the Banner Die set for a double sided effect.

 

 
Donna's created this beautiful ombre effect with Happy Valentine's Day.

Donna reminds us about the importance of love in our lives with There is Only One Happiness and Medium Swirl Heart.



These beautiful swirl hearts are so pretty! And, available in three sizes. Here, Sharon shows us the Large Swirl Heart. Sentiment from Love Banner set. 

Sharon has been hopping her way into spring with this adorable Jumping Bunny and Left Bunny scene. Sentiment from Spring/Easter Banner set.



Sharon's Easter treat box uses the same Spring/Easter Banner set and Ducks in a Row.

January New Release - Day 5, Part 2

Welcome back, Prickley Pear fans!

This is it, we're at the end of the January New Release. One final post for you with inspiration from all of our Design Team Members. Ready to wrap it up?

But, before we start, don't forget that the sales will stick around until January 29th. So, you have a few more days to get your favorites ordered.

We started out the week featuring the Valentine Cupcake set. This set pairs with the Cupcake Die set and previously released cupcake clear sets. Here's Donna's pretty Valentine. You can get this set, along with the Valentine and Spring/Easter Banner sets, with the Clear Set sales special.

 


From there we moved onto Valentine's Day, which is right around the corner. Have you made your card for your true love, like Katie? She's used the Large Swirl Heart and sentiment from the Valentine Banner set.
 
 

Heidi's gone with a vintage look for her Valentine. This book pop-up card features Love Birds and the There is Only One Happiness sentiment. Heidi's also made a belly band for her card, using the banner from Happy Valentine's Day.

January New Release - Day 3, Part 2

Welcome Prickley Pear fans! 

Has snow arrived to your part of the world? It has arrived here and I can't wait until spring starts to arrive. Already the days are getting longer again and I know it won't be long. Time to stock up on spring stamps and welcome the season with open arms!

The focus of today's post is on Spring. Tomorrow, we'll celebrate the Easter options of this New Release, but today's focus is on that coming season of renewal and growth. Ready? 

Sharon kicks us off with Bunny Cart and the Happy Spring sentiment from Spring/Easter Banner set Check out her background with Left Bunny and Right Bunny!

 

Donna is also preparing for spring. Check out the coloring on Bunny Cart!

I think Heidi must be hoping her creations convince spring to come early - like next week? Here's the adorable Bunny Cart again.




And this creation from Heidi pairs the Easter/Spring Banner set paired with the previously released Lamb with Flowers.



The Easter/Spring Banner set has a number of great sentiments. Here, Heidi's rearranged them slightly for a new greeting. This card paired with Edith (previously released).




And finally, Heidi's used the older Bonnie the duck for this adorable pop-up card paired with the Spring/Easter Banner set.

January New Release - Day 2, Part 1

Welcome back, Prickley Pear fans!

The January 2017 New Release is here and brings you 22 new red rubber stamps and 3 new clear sets. 

The Design Team has been inking their fingers for weeks to bring you the best inspiration ever!

This January release centers around the holidays early in the year. Today, I share with you some of the Valentine's creations we made with this release. Don't forget, you can get all six of the Valentine's red rubber stamps in the Sales Special #2 - Valentines.

Let's start with this elegant shaker card from Michelle. She's used Be Mine Forever and her coloring on that banner is phenomenal!

 

Michelle also played with the other vintage inspired option, Be Mine Forever. I love that this card isn't focused on the traditional red and pink. 

 

Want to see another look with this stamp? Heidi has gone with more subdued colors in her card, bringing out that vintage feel. 


 

A simple cutting of the banner in Happy Valentine's Day makes it the perfect sentiment for Love Birds. Look at Heidi's shading on those wings!

 

We just could not get enough of these love birds! Donna has paired her colorful Love Birds with sentiments from the Love Banner clear set. 

 

Here's another Love Birds look by Katie. 

 

If you're more into clean and simple creations, check out Kelly's card with the Large Swirled Heart. 

 
The Swirled Hearts come in three sizes - small, medium and large - as Heidi has shown here.

One of the great things about Prickley Pear stamps is the versatility of their dies. Often, you will find more than one great stamp set that pairs with their high quality matching die sets. 

Last year, we introduced to you the new Cupcake Die set.  Today, we have a brand new set that pairs with that die package. This post is focused on the Valentine Cupcake set.

Katie leads us off with her creation with this set. Lovely! The sentiment is also a new release product, from Love Banner Set.

 
You can see that the Love Banner set is a great pairing with this set. Heidi has used both the sentiment and adorable heart banner with her Valentine Cupcake creation. 

 

Isn't it amazing how the same set can have so many colored looks? Sharon's gone all pink here with her creation.

Heidi has add zen-doodles to her icing, for an exotic and elegant look (and look, Love Banners again!).
