Designer: Kina Nunziante's Steampunk Top Hat Project as found in the British magazine Craft Stamper.  Designed using Swirls ATC background stamp on the hat, and the Gears Clearly Beautiful stamp set and Gears Die to make shrink plastic gears as embellishments.
