Thursday with the Design Team!

Happy Thursday!

I'm delighted to bring you another week of inspiration with the talented Prickley Pear Design Team.

But, before we do that, I wanted to let you all know that the September New Release for Prickly Pear is right here on the blog starting Tuesday September 5th.
Come check out the new offerings and New Release specials!

Now, it's always intriguing to find out what the team has made and this week we're all over the map! Fall, Christmas, Vintage inspired...

It's a great representation of the diverse Prickley Pear inventory.

Let's start with Lisa. She's ready for the holiday season with this beautiful card (I think this ornament set may be on my wish list now). This is Ornaments 2, a clear set, cut out with the matching Ornament die.

Next is Sharon with this Fall card. Sharon has used the adorable Gnome Home Fall/Christmas clear set.
Did you know that there is another Gnome Home set and both work with the matching die set

And I'm pretty sure this lovely lady created by Tracie is not ready for summer to end! What a beautiful, vintage inspired creation to feature Bailey.

Thanks for stopping by!

And, don't forget to come right back here next week for our September New Release.
There are some FANTASTIC new stamps coming.

In the Barnyard

Welcome to the barnyard!!

In our last release in May 2017, these absolutely adorable images became available, along with some compatible sentiments.

Heidi has them all on her terrific scene. And, I think I spot the clouds from Row Houses and trees from Retro Trees.

Tracie's made this adorable card with Sammie and the Ewe OK sentiment.

Heather's been playing with the colors! The window was cut out with the Flourished Oval die. I then used the Spring Poinsettia stamp set, Poinsettia Leaf die and Tree 2 die to make the scene in behind Prissy.

Once I was done with the pinks, it was time to move on to Bessie and the greens! This card uses An Udder Year Older.

Thanks for stopping by! Check out our Facebook page for all the latest news.

You've Got Mail!!.....Art

Happy Tuesday, Prickley Pear fans!!

Here at Prickley Pear, we're constantly looking for new inspiration to bring to you using the Prickley Pear collection of stamps. Our Design Team member, Irit, came up with the awesome idea of creating Mail Art.

What is Mail Art?

It's decorated envelopes, making both your creation and the package that carries it to it's destination beautiful and artistic!

And look at how wonderfully the mail art turned out!

First up, since it was her lovely idea, is the talented Irit. Irit created this colorful envelope with the Blobby Flowers 2 clear set. Can you spot her use of the Live, Dance, Laugh sentiment?

Sharon has used the Row House set for her beautiful mail art. This set is perfect for adding that additional flare to your envelope.

Heather masked off the centre of her envelope with the Flourished Oval die cut and then stamped Petunia around the frame.

And, Heather had so much fun with the first piece of mail art, that she had to give it another try! This envelope uses the Hibiscus 2 clear set, the Bicycle red rubber and the sentiment and tri-floral stamp from Scalloped Circle & Oval 4 Floral clear set

Thanks for stopping by today to check out our adorable mail art.
Why don't you give it a try? Link up your Mail Art in the comment section and I'll come visit your artwork.

Irit's created this beauty with Frog on Mushroom and the red rubber Thanks to You sentiment.

Michelle has used Jar Full of Daisies with a sentiment from the Build a Cupcake clear set.
