January 25th Blog Hop stops:

And now for your first bit of inspiration, Nicole has a creation for you!

The first card I want to share with you today is April Showers. This card was easy to create and has such a fun whimsical feel.

I stamped JJ0157 Penny onto white card stock. Pulled out my colored pencils and colored her in and then fussy cut around the image so I could layer. I pulled out papers of sherbert, green and pink matted as shown. Stamped EE0182 April Showers with VersaFine ink as shown. To finish this card, I die cut the flowers, and leaves and stamped into the flowers. (CLR015A Blobby Flowers 2, D015 Blobby Flowers Die, D037 Leaf Set.) Then to add a bit of bling, pearls and green rhinestones!

Your next stop on this hop is Heidi's blog....be sure to comment so you have a chance to win some of the new release!

  1. what a cute image and will be a favourite as I have a thing for daisies. I think your card is great and has a real retro feel like pottery from the 40's and 50's I use to see in my grandmas china cabinet. Thanks for sharing and the chance to win such a fab prize.
