Welcome to Our Vintage & Just for Him Release Party

We along with our Design Team have some beautiful samples to share with you today! In celebration of our New Vintage & Just for Him red rubber release!

Fathers day is just around the corner and we have some wonderful new stamps for just this occasion. We have a new vintage boat stamp, two old time cars and some really great word stamps. We also had fun this year with vintage images. Below, is the full release we are posting to our online store now. Read on for your chance to win selected images from this release!

We hope you enjoy the card samples that will follow.

This card was super quick and easy to make! First I started with a panel of grey paper, stamped the vintage boat ATC with faded jeans distress ink and edged the paper with the same color. I next created a tag with DP and my Dies Direct Scalloped Coved Rectangle and a hole punch. I cut about 1/2" off from the bottom. I then stamped my image on grey card stock, layered onto blue card stock, layered onto the tag and finished with a bit of jute. I then stamped the Ford Ranchero with memento ink and colored with copic markers.

This card was so much fun to create! I love the little fairy's that can be found in this release. They are vintage and the flower petals you can color in so many ways. I stamped the Flower Fairy with black memento ink, then colored with copic markers and trimmed carefully around the image. The French Pastry Doily and the Scalloped Oval Stackers can be found on the Dies Direct website. I cut my doily in half and followed the Sketch Challenge on todays Card Patterns challenge blogsite. The dragonfly is was created from our Dragonfly Die and Dragonfly Clear Stamps Set.

Another vintage one! I pulled out the Buffalo Cigar Wrap, stamped with Brown VersaFine ink. Then chalked in with warm tones using Pebbles chalk. I trimmed then layered onto black card stock, then trimmed again. I pullout out some of my favorite vintage flair DP and went to work. The bottom panel is aged further with Vintage Photo Distress ink. You can't see the details to well, but I finished off the phrase and the Cigar wrap with just a tough of copper stickles.

Release Party - Day 5

Well, we have one more great set to show you today. It is our Heart, Key & Crown Die with the coordinating stamps. This set is truly versatile. You can choose from wedding, to love and friendship themes with this set. I did a little of all to show you all. I love the dies border. It has that vintage eyelet feel. The hearts stamp perfectly into this shape every time.

The Doily shape found in cards one and three comes from Cheery Lynn Designs and is named French Pastry. Their doily dies are fabulous!

Be sure to visit Dawn and  Tesa for more great samples. And look for all of these new sets to be available through the PPRS website this weekend!

Here are the cards I came up with.

Release Party Day 4!

We have come up with a new set of flowers that stack together. They make the perfect accents and have a bit of a country flair. We think you will find that there is loads of versatility in this set.

This card was easy to do. We chose a floral and circle die from Nellie Snellen and then stamped the "Mothers" phrase into the center of the circle die shape. Then we distressed with Tea Stain, Worn Lipstick and Walnut Stain inks. We distressed the edges of the petals on the larger die shape an then layered together as show. Then we cut 3 sets of red and three sets of the beige patterned paper blobby flowers. We stamped into the beige flowers with the coordinating flower patterned stamps and layered together as shown.

Be sure to visit Angelica's blog for more great samples!

See you tomorrow with some great new samples!

Spring 2011 - Clear Stamps & Dies Release Party!!

Welcome to day 1 of our release party! We have 5 beautiful new sets of clear stamps and coordinating dies we will be featuring. Play along with us each day. Simply leave a comment for each design team members blog that features the days stamps and dies along with a comment here for a chance to win the days featured set! Its that easy!

For todays set, we are featuring our scalloped circle and NEW corresponding circles & wildflowers stamps set.
Now for a some fun new samples.

This card was fun and easy to do. I cut 3 rectangles, stamped the vases and different wildflowers in each rectangle using different colors of distress ink, and then highlighted with stickles. I created two different frames using martha stewart punches, layered all together for this fabulous card.

Mothers day is just around the corner and for my second card I chose to make a sweet mothers day card. I used one of the vintage girls from our Girls ATC sheet. I highlighted the vase by coloring the back side of the transparency with a light pink colored copic marker. I then adhered to a beige patterned paper. I cut out two scalloped circles, one white and one brown. I stamped the rose scalloped border into the white scalloped circle and then stamped three of the berries wildflower into the rose border. Copic markers were used to color in the berries and leaves. I then cut out brown and tan blobby flowers (to be release later this week) and layered all together and placed brown rhinestones into the centers. The leaves come from our hibiscus die.

Be sure to visit Leslie, Angelica,  Michelle and Tesa for more fabulous samples featuring todays set!

Thanks for visiting us today! Be sure to check back daily for new sets to be released.
