Good morning everyone, today I want to share a very cheery and colorful card. I was in the mood for something with fun and girly colors and I found this patterned paper in my stash, I thought it coordinated so well with our "Blobby Flowers" clear stamp set and coordinating die. I used an embossing folder to emboss the light pink paper, the dark pink border I made with a border punch from EK Success called abstract flower.
Here is a closeup of the flowers, I stamped them with a dark brown ink called Jumbo Java, shaped them slightly with embossing tools, and layered them with pop dots for dimension. I used the "Scalloped Circle" die (one of my favorites) and stamped the sentiment also from "Blobby Flowers" with brown ink.As my final touch I added some adhesive rhinestones and punched leaves.
Don't forget our Sketch Challenge is still open, make sure to enter for a chance to win a great prize, you can find all the details here.
Thank you for stopping by and hope to see you soon.
